Imaging with Hyperstar

Not sure about this image of Orion. Stars look to be bloated and soft focus. Image was taken with Celestron 8" HD with hyperstar in place of secondary mirror and Atik 414 Colour ccd. 60 - 2sec subs plus darks,flats, bias Processed in Nebulosity and finished in Photoshop No guiding used with short exposures Comments good and bad appreciated Pete.

Focus definitely looks of by a fair bit.

Do you have a tracking mount?

That said.. That's a lot of detail for 2 sec exposures ?

Yes EQ mount Polar align perfect Infinity software used to capture images FWHM was showing a steady 2.5 all night

The fainter stars are all shaded towards the bottom left corner - collimation?

Thanks Michael I'm using Hyperstar straight out of box so will look into that next clear night
