Getting colour

Hi guys been imaging the moon recently using sharpcap taking 1000 images in each filter (RGB). The trouble is I dont know where I am going wrong to get a colour image. I start off with PIPP and do all three videos, then I move onto autostakert so I end up with three images, One red one blue one green, then I move to registax for wavelets. I have then tried opening them in pixinsight but no matter what I do they wont convert, Im guessing im going wrong in PIPP as it has a tickbox there for colour to mono ( I have tried it both ways). the nearest I got was a magenta moon so if anyone has any ideas how to do it much appreciated, there dont seem to be many tutorials on youtube etc

Are you using the ColourCombination process in PI? This takes your individual MONO R, G and B channels and combines them into a single RGB image.

Yes using that, the resulting image I had was magenta, its annoying because apart from that its a nice sharp picture, even tried the colour calibration and although it did improve there was very little saturation

Im actually going to try it just from AS and see if theres any difference, if there is I know im doing something wrong in PIPP
