Hi,

because I can be a bit obsessive :-) I removed the belt drive kit and re fitted the normal gears and ran a test to see if there was a difference in performance . The results are that the gears showed a PE double that of the belt drive, and a 13.7 second blip of the same magnitude as the belt drive (about half an arc second). Guiding was much worse....

I refitted the belt drive straight away!!!
