I had a meeting with a chap yesterday. I mentioned astronomy as a hobby and he told me a story...

For several years he had seen his neighbour down at the far end of his garden with a telescope in the evenings and never thought much about it.

Then one day, the neighbour, very politely, asked him if he could switch his garden lights off and explained why.

He was bit surprised, but did as the neighbour asked.

At Christmas, the neighbour brought him a full colour calender full of amazing space images - all taken at the bottom of his garden.

So if you have an LP issue, speak to your neighbour and keep them on side - they may even become advocates for controlling LP themselves.

Yes, totally agree.  Below you can see how I secured my dark night future with 3 neighbours (and my other half). Note the selection of fruit to demonstrate eclipse geometry.
