Best eyepiece for Moon ?

I have a Helios 150mm f8 refractor, want to buy a eyepiece that will really work well with my refractor for observing the moon, any suggestions most welcome

Hi Manxstar,

Your best sticking to a 6mm EP that will give 200x and amazing views of the moon in your refractor.

Your scope is f/8 so you don't need to spend too much to get a good view from an eyepiece.

What's your budget and do you wear glasses? That will help us pick some good candidates for you.

Also, do you also need some general eyepieces for finding your targets, and for other targets such as deep sky objects as well? If so, you might be best off going for a set. The Revelation set in the link is absolutely superb value for money and will have you sorted for any occasion!
