Anything special to look out for Tonight?

Hey guys,

Don't want to tempt fate but *whispers* tonight's mean to be quite clear!

Is there anything in particular to check out tonight? I'm gonna try and find Andromeda for the first time, but that might not be till around midnight, so until then is there anything special i should look out for?

We're pretty close to Full Moon and M31 won't be at it's best tonight, but give it a try anyway. You'll probably be able to pull in the core, but how easy or hard it will be depends on the transparency, light pollution and scope choice.

Try cruising up and down the lunar terminator or taking a look at Jupiter. Low power scans of the Milky Way are always nice, too. Oh, and you might want to check heavens-above.com for ISS passes or Iridium flares.
