Which camera

I guess your choices are down to budget?

Both cameras have a similar pixel size so you need to consider chip size,  have a look here; http://astronomy.tools/calculators/field_of_view

Next manufacturer preference, all I can say is from my own experience:

sxv h9  =good results, 12years old no repairs needed.

qhy img2pro  =good results, 6years old 3 repairs needed.

Had the qhy8 much to needy, with hindsight should have given the £800 I spent to charity!

Not sure what you mean by needy, you wouldn't recommend the qhy8l then?

The qhy8 has an unsealed ccd chamber so needed to be dried out each time it was used, the qhy8l is a much better build & is sealed.

I've not owned a qhy8l so no comment.

Have you looked at the field of view calculator?

I have, it's not something I fully understand, I have a vague grasp of sensor size vs focal length, although this shouldn't be a problem when I eventually get the hyperstar, think I'm kind of settled on the qhy8l. Appreciate your time and help though.
