how to watch videos taken with neximage5

Hey all, we have been experimenting with taking videos with our neximage5, we took a few short vids of Vega but when we tried to watch them on the laptop file unsupported came up, anyone any idea, many thanks.    Pete

What file format are the videos saved in?

thanks for the reply, unfortunatley i cant remember lol, ive just put the laptop onto charge so will check when its sorted, first time we have really used it so trial and error at the min, what file format does it need to be on please,   regards Pete

The files are probably in .avi format. If this is the case you might not be able to open them if they are greater than 2gb in size. Converting them to mp4 with some free video converter software should do it.
