Replacement Spikes for Tripod

Hello,

I am upgrading the tubing on my heq5. However there are feet (plastic spikes) on the bottom of the three legs. The tube OD diameter is 1.25", and the base spikes slip over the top. I think they are glued on as I can not get them off, but what I am really asking is, is there any alternative. I cannot find a direct placement, and I can not find anything particularly suitable. There are Tripod Levellers, but they seem very expensive. Any thoughts ? (It is for a portable imaging rig).
