The Moon on 13th August (78% / so-so seeing).

I was a bit bored last night so I figured I'd take a couple of shots of the moon. Enjoy

Image Stats:

Lights: 50 x 1/320 sec subs @ ISO 200

Equipment Used:

• Skywatcher Explorer 200-PDS
• Skywatcher AZ-EQ 6 GT
• Sony Alpha 55
• Hot beverage

Software Used:

• PixInsight 1.8
• AstraImage 5.0
• PIPP
• Autostakkert 2

Excellent image. After clicking and reclicking (and reclicking+) the image to full size, it fills my screen. What is the final px rendition size after processing? It shows as roughly 1500 x 1000 on screen, but was it resized for the web?

Thank you for the compliment! The original image is 3012 × 2008 pixels and 17.8 mb in size. I just felt it was a bit to big to upload it directly.
