Epochs with Eqmod and other software

Hi, I'm using an EQ5 mount with AstroEq and Eqmod. I'm wanting to use CDC, Alignmaster and Astrotortilla with it but I'm unsure what epochs Alignmaster and Astrotortilla are set to. I have Eqmod set to jnow and also CDC (Mean of Date in the Chart/Coordinates setting).

I can't find a way to set the epoch for Alignmaster or Astrotortilla, any help would be greatly appreciated.
