Heq5 pro a stiffness prolem

Hi

Just wandering if anybody's had a problem with stiffness when balancing the set up on the HEQ5 pro is there any way of ajusting it to take the stiffness out of it to make it more fluid 

Maybe a prolem with the bearing To tight to lose

I have tried some WD40 but it make no difference

does it need a strip down

Any body out there got any tips ideas or  info I can try

When the belt mod was installed how tight were the bearings set when reinstalled hopefully with the shims correctly installed.  They should be just over hand tight and not wound in like they are from manufacturing.  Also are the clutches releasing from the barrels

I didn't  touch the bearing when I did the belt drive and I'm not sure how to ajust them
