An observatory for my research

Hi all, I'm getting a heq5 and Ed 80 along with a ccd so I felt to get my oby. 

I've already selected the site but I don't have a proper plan. And one thing is should I build I pier or use the tripod. What should the obs contain? Can I get some help?
