SW 300P Focuser swap

Hi guys and girls. I have just purchased a dual speed SW focuser ( 2nd hand ) to replace my current bog standard one. I guess my main question is how difficult a task is this to perform? I was under the impression that because they are both from SkyWatcher Newts I wouldn't have to do any drilling on the OTA. Is that correct? Is there anything I should look out for when doing the swap that a relative newcomer might miss?
