Help please with processing prominence data

For the first time in what seems like ages, I took advantage of today's beautiful sunshine to dig out the Hydrogen alpha scope and take some close up shots of the Sun.

I'm also starting to get my head around Autoskakkert! 2 stacking software for the first time.  I've processed the first of images of the disc using Auotstakkert  and I'm impressed with well it works.  But here is where I am now stuck.  Can anyone point me in the direction of how the best way to process prominence data is?  Is Registax still the best for this?  If not, what are the best settings for processing this data in Autostakkert?

I don't change any of the settings in AS!2 to process proms but I do use a single manually drawn alignment point.
