DSS problems

I'm having issues with DSS. The stacked result is below. My actual lights are good, lots of data, darks were taken at the same time and flats this morning using the laptop and 'notebook'. There is nothing useable here and its not even in the right orientation! The banding is not present on any of my frames either. I'm not sure if I've changed a setting but this is driving me crazy now. I've never really had trouble with DSS before until I moved to my new modded camera. Any and all help please!!!!

Just checked and this is only the left portion of the lights.

Are you using the latest version of DSS? You want 3.3.4.
