Skywatcher auto focuser on Celestron

Hi all,
Could anyone tell me if the Skywatcher electric dual speed auto focuser will work on a Celestron nexstar 130slt?
I know the Orion accufocuser will work and the Skywatcher model looks very similar.
Any help/advice appreciated.

Hi. As long as the shaft that you are attaching the Autofocuser onto is approx 8.5mm thick, and also as long as the two screws closest to the side that you want to attach the motor and the bracket onto underneath the telescope are approx 14mm centre to centre it looks as though it should do. However, don't quote me on that. Just measured the shaft that my Auto focuser was on, and the two screws that held the bracket with the motor on in place underneath the focuser too.

Thanks for the info knighty2112, I've just had a measure and the Celestron has the same sizes as you mention.

I think I'll give it a go and will let you know how I get on, if worst comes to the worst I have access to engineering materials so I could probably adapt it.
