Mine was from the Celestron AstroMaster Kit, they're also marketed as Sky-Watcher 'Deluxe' Barlows. I'm almost certain they are Synta manufactured. Mine is possibly one of the most useful pieces of astro kit I own lol. As mine has neither a safety undercut or a brass compression ring it basically fits easily into everything and everything fits into it! It's better quality in use than the Celestron (GSO) Omni Barlow or the generic GSO Barlow with the Celestron Eyeopener Kit. It is remarkably good value for money.
