Hello Rajendra, and welcome,

There are astronomy clubs and organisations there in India that could direct you as to where you might find used eyepieces and accessories for your telescope...

There are also vendors there who sell new items...

Exactly what type of filter are you looking for: solar, Moon, planetary, deep-space?

Your 130mm f/5 Newtonian has a focal-length of 650mm, and comes with a 20mm(33x) and 10mm(65x) eyepiece.  Are you wanting to replace the eyepieces that you have, or add to them?  Do you wanti to see the sky with a wider field-of-view, then a 32mm(20x) will serve, and for a binocular-like view.  If you're wanting a much higher magnification for the Moon and planets, then a 6mm(108x) would be a good choice.    You could also barlow the 10mm with a 2x barlow, and for a simulated 5mm(130x).

I use this 30mm eyepiece in my 150mm f5, and for a low-power view of the sky...

...and for a high-power view, I combine a 12mm with a 2.8x barlow for a simulated 4.3mm...

I then take a small camera, hold it up to the 12mm eyepiece, and snap a shot, of the Moon in this case...
