i've just downloaded a program that shows the positions of the gallilean moons around jupiter for each day and can be used to plan ahead etc. gives a 3d image and all that.

does anyone know of one for saturn, i know there's one online but i mean a downloady one?

Yes, CPAC has one called "The Planets (Version 2.02)".. scroll 1/2 way down the page. Put a shortcut to the program on your desktop and you can access it without being online.

yah it allows you to plan ahead and see occulations by the moon of stars planets etc.

needs a recommended 512mb ram though so thats me shot down lol
