Finally got to see Catalina!

New Years day (just! 2am)

Seeing was awful, dew was awful, it was very low in sky & the moon was out but hay I've seen it!!!

Could be a good comet to photo in a couple of weeks as it travels northward towards the plough mind we will need the stupid jetstream to naf off for the first time in 2months GGGRRRrrrrrr!

Nice pic. I'm determined to see Catalina. Surely there's got to be just one opportunity before it disappears. Or is that just unrealistic wishful thinking
