I think the system was poineered by the Canadian government meteorological service. Obviously, however, it depends on access to the data available locally.

I've gone to both sites and unfortunately the clear sky chart is only set up to be sent to (or added to) web pages. I have tried numerous routes but can't add it to my SIG. The link works fine but doesn't show the image. I don't know what to do now.
