I am new to astronomy and this will be my second telescope,, the first being a

Second hand meade etx70 which turned out to be faulty,

The upshot is I have these 2 in my price rage and can't decide,

All help appreciated

There is no comparison between a scope with an aperture of 60mm and one of 130mm. If those are the two scopes you want to choose from go for the 130. However, I would also advise looking at the sky watcher skyliner 150 if that is within your budget as I personally much prefer the dobsonian mount over an equarorial for newtonian telescopes.
