Imaging getting better I think

Well, progress is being made. Up to 4 minute unguided subs now and they seem reasonable.

DeepSkyStacker is working well for the most part. Just playing with the settings now.

Time to pay more attentions to the flats, darks and bias frames now.

Anyways, here is M33 Triangulum from last night. 9x240sec some flats no darks.

As always, comments and/or hints are welcome.

Nice image.

Longer exposure time does make a difference, so with 4 mins exposures you should be able to get good data. I guess you use a DSLR?

How did you process the image of M33 after stacking?

If you take more subs, you will be able to control noise better. It seems you have som gradients left. Flats and background extraction should help with that.

Good luck and clear skies.

I use AcDsee to process the picture.

Not much, Just the levels and a touch on noise reduction.

All in all, as little processing as possible.

Yes, time to start getting into flats and darks.
