Cleveland and Darlington Astronomical Society

Is anybody on here a member of the above? I am thinking of joining, as they are the nearest to me, but I'm wondering how active they are. I know they have monthly meetings, but I don't see mention of much else on their website. It would be good if they have group observing nights or the like. Further afield I see Sunderland Astronomical Society looks quite active, but that would involve more travel from my Middlesbrough home.

Went to my first meeting last night. Thoroughly enjoyable and a nice bunch of people.
