Atik Software Error...??

I have a Atik 414EX Mono, it was set-up at -12c while the guiding was getting itself sorted it came up with a message in the Cooler Box overwriting the temperature " reduced power" or something like that and proceeded to warm the CCD up, the power comes from a Maplin 13.8v 5amp and while shared with the Filter wheel and a ST-80 Dew heater the attached volt meter showed 13.8v all the time, a reboot of the ATIK software and connecting the CCD again seems to have cured it.....well its sending this PC images every 5 minutes, Thoughts anybody........
