Astro mod 500d Err 20 message

Morning folks,

I had a go yesterday at the Gary Honis IR filter removal which seemed to go well and quite straight forward, that was of course until I turned it on and got an ERR 20 message.

Has anyone every come across this, it's apparently a mechanical error such as the shutter but was careful not to touch any other part and can see no instance that might have caused this.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I DID IT!!!....I'm happy to say despite nobody able to give any advice that after the 4th strip down of the camera I fixed it, I think by adjusting the spacer screws to the sensor.
