Need help with Helios ID

Hi there.

Could anyone help me identify the model of this Helios 10x50? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Helios-10X50-Binoculars-Day-Night-Vision-99m-1000m-/221243399655?hash=item3383225de7

I am searching for my first pair of binoculars to get familiar with the sky. Can't order from FLO/similar online services,  so have to go with ebay, and the "Night and Day Vision" model seems fishy.

Hello and welcome to the forum

I don't think those are the same Helios brand that First Light Optics sell. The red coatings give them away as a low cost binocular where any branding could be applied. The night and day vision thing means nothing I'm afraid.

I'd avoid those in all honesty.
