"Build a model solar system" building problems?

Anyone had problems building the model solar system advertised here http://www.build-solar-system.com/index.html Everything was fine until I got to issue 6-7 where you have to fit the moon gear arm. One of the gears "31 tooth gear" that sits on the moon gear arm does not run smoothly against the Venus gear. Anyone else had any difficulties? Looks like I will have to give them a ring

No but thanks for posting I have not even took the first parts out of the wrappers yet but will begin this build to check on it
