Second Light Images for the SF70 - Rather impressed!

Truly incredible..quite simply the best Hydrogen Alpha device I have ever looked or imaged through. Don;t get me wrong, I love my PST 80, but this thing just takes the ball and runs away with it.

Still have to figure out a bit more on the fine tuning of the double stack module, but it's staggeringly good, as i hope these "taster" images show.

DMK21aU04.as at between 30 and 60FPS. F40 Televue NP127/SF70 filter in single stack and double stack configurations.. (I have an image processing which shows the key difference between DS and SS modes). Took about 20GB of images today, still working through a ton of F20, single stack, double stack, prom and full disc shots..

Stitching an 8 pane composite image at F20 with this is still not perfect, but it's a huge amount of work...

Seeing was variable, as will be obvious from these shots, but when it was good...it was very very good!
