Is this an upgrad to the white version, is it much different?

Does this SkyTracker BLACK version fix the complains of the WHITE version?

The first one is aimed at terrestrial gigapixel photography, not astronomical I think. The mounting is Alt-Az.

Not sure "NEW" is really new - the skytracker looks like the one I bought two years ago (certainly had the adjustable azimuth). And the black and white specs say the same thing. The web page also says 2007-2014 on the bottom ...
