1st use of Pier

Good evening everyone,

Well i managed to get out on Saturday evening to give the Pier it's maiden test,

Now i know these are not going to be winning any awards  but hey! we all have to start somewhere ,  

these were taken just for me to see how i had done with my polar alignment and focusing, i polar aligned best i could, attached all equipment then balanced the scope

weather although clear came with a few strong gusts of wind now and again.

Anyway, no processing other than being run through DSS has been done to these, basically because not really sure what i'm doing and whether they would benefit from any,

Please feel free to comment/critique these images with any tips/ thoughts good bad or ugly, i will not be offended
