3-point mirror cell upgrade?

Just a random thought, but I assume it's possible to upgrade a mirror cell from three points to six, question is are there benefits (perceived or otherwise) and is it worth it?

A principle I run my life on is, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." It is possible to upgrade just about anything, but I would ask, "what is the problem with the present mirror cell?" If you're not having a problem, and the present mirror cell is working just fine, spend the money on something else. There are homebuilt Dobs all over with mirror cells made out of plywood and gobs of silicon glue, and they are excellent.

The reasons for multi-point mirror cells are mainly to do with supporting the mirror itself to stop it sagging. You need to figure if you are OK with the three or need more. You need......
