Comet Sliding Spring

I read on the Mobile Observatory app that the comet Sliding Spring (what an excellent name  ) was at perigee this evening.

After dusk in the NE, in Hercules, as it happens.   Also quite faint (mv=12.1).

MO says viewing is ideal for large telescopes of D>150mm.

Just wondering if anyone out there has had a butcher's at this?

MO also says the best time for observing is 4am.  Handy, that!
