I had no real idea what I was doing.  My Quark solar eyepiece only arrived yesterday, and I had no chance to try it out.  I decided to connect my Canon EOS 600D to the Quark (to give maximum FOV).  The Quark was connected to an ST-80.  

This is one shot.  My astro-modded Canon rendered the image a disturbing shade of pink and I could not get any decent colours by altering WB.  Therefore I converted to mono and hand coloured.  I processed two versions - one for the surface and one for the prominences.  

Focussing was difficult.....

Standard ST80 focuser is not great from what I read and DSLR isn't ideal for this sort of imaging so you have done well.
