The Astrosnap thread

I thought of creating this topic for people who want to talk about the AstroSnap webcam capture, utility and processing program. There is a LITE version that is free and a PRO version that is free for 30 days and 35 Euros thereafter.

I have the LITE version and can verify that it at least puts a preview up on the screen! There is a bewildering array of buttons on it. I am hoping that some of those will help with polar aligning and focusing.

I too have the lite version. I don't use it very often, but I find it can ocassionally be useful for public observing sessions. I use the nifty integration function on it to help bring out detail on fainter objects when showing them to friends/the public in real time.
