Help...what is this nebula

I was asked to identify this nebulae..

Any ideas anyone?

May not be real, it is a Nexus 7 wallpaper.

May be real or made up or half and half.

Says source is:

It appears on quite a lot of sites and none refer to a image source such as Hubble or similar. So I am guessing it is a constructed image from other sources and imagination. The cluster on the left looks added, wrong size and probably should not exist.

Ir is a creation of an artist called "tylercreatesworlds"

"Been doing some doodling. I really like the colors in this one, real muddy and earthy. Painted up in Photoshop like I do, about 9 hours probably. I threw a couple of half hearted galaxies in the mix, don't hate me :/"
