Decent Goto

What is a decent Goto for around the £300 mark? I was looking at this one  http://www.firstlightoptics.com/az-goto/skywatcher-skymax-102-synscan-az-goto.html  or this one (are they the same model?). http://www.telescopehouse.com/acatalog/Skywatcher_Skymax_127_Telescope-1-1.html

The one from FLO is a goto mount but only has a 102mm diameter and the one from Telescope House has a larger diameter of 127mm but it is only a tracking mount.

With the tracking mount, you find the target yourself and then it will track from there.

Thanks for that. It might be a good idea actually to go for the tracking mount, at least it gives practise in 'star hopping' but with the bonus that it keeps the object in view. That is correct isn't it?

Goto is a personal preferance so it's something only you can answer.

I see you have an 8" dob so learn from your experiences star hopping with that.
