Birthday coming up

Hi there,

I just wondered if anyone has any advice on what i should get as an upgrade for my birthday,I have about £150 to spend as I have asked for money rather than pressies.

I was going to put it towards saving up for a goto system which is about £335 but i was wondering what other accessories people could suggest as goto is not high on the priority list at moment.

I have a skywatcher 250 px on a heq5 mount.

If it was me I would go for the Goto upgrade.

However how about:

A really nice eyepiece, i.e. Nagler.

Put it towards a DSLR so you can start taking shots

Yeah a good eyepiece is where i was thinking of going i did buy a baader 5 mm ortho eyepiece but to be honest im not really sure what im looking at when i read about all the different kinds and why some are better than others.

Yeah i do think the goto would be good to have for the nights when i dont have a lot of time, will have to think about it as i want to spend my money on whats the most useful to me

I think you should get yourself a couple of nice eyepieces to make the most of the 250.
