Help with PHD2, SSAG and NEQ6

Hi All,

I'm an avid ready of the forums but dont post much, however I'm in need of some assistance with an issue I'm having (hoping someone has had this issue). I've been searching and although it seems this kind of issue has occoured serveral times I still cannot find a fix for it.

The issue is that I cannot seem to make my laptop talk to my NEQ6-Pro mount. I'm thinking maybe this is just an issue with a driver or proceedure...  Here is what I have done.

Connect USB from Laptop to SSAG

Connect RJ-11 from SSGA to Auto guide port on mount

Confirm on device manager that SSAG is on port 2

Click connect to equipment button

Select 'StarShoot Autoguider' from camera dropdown

Select 'EQMOD ASCOM HEQ5/6' from mount dropdown

Select 'configure mount' button and select Baud 9600 and COM2 for port.

Click OK

Click connect All

Now the camera connects fine but the EQMOD popup just gives connection Error: Port Not Available. So am I selecting incorrect options? Should there be a NEQ6 option rather than the HEQ5/6? or am I doing something else wrong.

Oh I am using Windows 8.1 64bit (I know right)

Oh and I've not got the Handset connected to the mount either, not sure if that also makes a difference

If you're using ST4 then select 'on camera' for the mount
