Okay I have actually stumbled upon your site a few weeks back while looking for help with calculating magnification. I like the information however I use small refractors. A larger scope is planned for purchase I just haven't decided between two scopes. I may have to read the site more.

Michael, do you have room on the site for pics of poor seeing as well as the moderate and good? It would be awesome for comparison and may help folks strive for the best possible views ie thermal management, choosing conditions for high power obs etc. All 3 would be great

Good idea, I'll add a row of Jupiter images to show the effect of atmospheric seeing.
