M92 first attempt

So the thick layers of cumulus parted to reveal fine cirrus, since that's the best thing I've seen in a while I decided to set up despite the full moon, at least I could see some stars to sync to for once.

M92 was opposite the moon so I went for that, I didn't get many good subs though as most were spoilt by cloud.

My flats were also very poor, possibly I had some dewing when I took them. When processed with flats I got all sorts of artefacts.

Stack of 4 x 30 sec subs + 5 darks and 30 bias - no lights.

All tweaked in levels and colour balance, my camera gives very red pictures since it has no IR filter.

One day after full moon with high cloud to deal with I wasn't expecting much but it was nice to get something recognisable to play with.
