What adapter do I need to connect my oculars up to my scope?

Hey all

My scope:

My oculars:

Pictures included so you can see on the scope, the mount piece is on the top of the tube around the fixtures, can use either hole. Picture of oculars included for scale judgement. I.e. they're seen with my left hand holding it up. On the front of the oculars, there is a cap you unscrew to mount your oculars on to tripods and other things, I want to mount mine to the scope since I can, I just don't know what adapter I need, any advice?

Thanks.

You need an L-shaped tripod adapter for the binocular. This screws into a hole under the round plastic cover that you mention above. The other end of the L-adapter screws onto the camera screw fitted to the top of the front tube ring on the scope. Here is the adaptor:

It's not going to be easy to view through the binoculars though as the scope tube will be in the way. You might be able to remove the scope from it's mount / tripod and fit the binoculars directly in place of the scope which might be a better way to do it.

Perfect, thank you! I should be able to see through the oculars ok when mounted to the scope, but I know this depends on where the scope is pointing, all of that etc.

If I don't like the results, I'd just go ahead and buy a tripod. What would you recommend, which are good. Pros are portable, lightweight and stable. My oculars shouldn't be too much of an issue to mount, but it's always nice to get that perfect stable image.
