Known as the Beast apparently.

It flies by earth on Sunday 7th. at approx. 3/4 million miles distance.

Thanks Ron, mmmmm, topic as in "had it already been raised" my grammer is as good as my Asteroid spotting. Just wondered if it will be visible from earth as such. :-)

At just over a thousand feet in diameter, and at that distance, I fear not sir. Even Hubble might struggle, but, we've been surprised before.

Much will depend on Its Albedo, but asteroids are notoriously poor reflectors of sunlight.
