ISS - advice please..

well.. after seeing vega's amazing shots, thought i would have a bash at the ISS. These are my attemps at catching the ISS passover. Pretty dismal! :D

Was with the LPI and K3 (15FPS) and trying to guide the scope by hand. Is there a way to program the GOTO to track these kind of objects? Would the GOTO keep up with the it? Any advice on how to capture appreciated...
