Hope valley.....any good?

I'm off camping with the family this weekend in the Hope valley and there's a chance that the sky may be clear for a while tomorrow night.

Has anyone taken their scope there before?

And if so, what's it like for light pollution in that area?

Haven't taken my scope there but pretty dark in that area, just a bit of skyglow to the west and east from Manchester and Sheffield, but dark overhead. Have a look at the light pollution map here -
