Celestron Nexstar Alignment

Hello...

I have been searching for ages, and am going to have to just ask. I have just got a SE6, was having trouble with alignment seem to have sorted. Now the clocks have gone forward, it is all over the place, I was using standard time, in the correct time zone( London UT) As the clock have gone forward, I used daylight saving. The alignment does not work now.

On a multi star align, it fails. On single planet, aligns, then when I ask for that planet, it is way off.

What setting with the time should I be using.

Are you using it on just batteries or a power tank?

From experience if the batteries start to flatten then GOTO is seriously affected. It does not take much power usage untilo this starts to happen.

I have it plugged into the mains via an adapter.. So no power issues

The date has to be enetred US style which is Month Day Year.

How are you entering the location?

I have entered the location by long/lat, I know about the USA date. It is only since clocks changed

If that is the case take a step backward, remove the DST and add an hour to UT instead...see if that works.
