older c-8 parts identification and basic assembly

some months ago i bought a c-8 orange tube.   before it was shipped to me it was ostensibly in use so i am supposed to have everything i need to make it work.    i got the manual with it and while it is pretty good in describing how to operate it ,  because i have have absolutely no experience at all with telescopes,  getting it put together properly has been challenging.   is there someone here who is intimately familiar with this unit who  who give me their contact information and that i might email directly pictures of the parts and assembly as i have it and help me understand what i'm looking at and trying to do ?      getting the basic hardware all bolted together on the tripod is done and i believe correctly but the eye piece parts as they have been provided have me well and truly confused.... and there is a bunch of stuff that i simply have no idea what it is...   please feel free to contact me directly through my PM

i would much rather deal with this off line and one to one with someone that knows the equipment rather than deal in a full forum format which is far more time consuming and unweildy.
