Problems collimating Orion Skyview Pro8

Okay, flock scope putting back together now, have focuser in and secondary mirror in. Figure would be easier aligning secondary mirror before putting primary back in. Problem is the secondary mirror needs to move out about 1/8" more but adjustment is bottomed out. it is prefect circle in focuser drawn tube but about 1/8" to close to primary. History of scope is I brought used have not used yet, was like new still in orginal box an packing. This is and 203mm scope f=4.9. Need ideas as to where to go from here now. should I just align with primary, etc or is there something about this scope I don't no about.....and for the record I have been looking thru the manual.......Help....

Anyone with a Orion Skyview Pro8 4.9 that may be able to help? I have seen on cloudy nights where others have had this problem. Just didn't see no solution for it.
