A bright moon and elusive stars

So I took the bins out for a quick session last night for some views of the moon, and good thing that's what I went out for because from my backyard with the moon shining bright right over my observing location that's the only thing I could see aside from Jupiter, caster&pollux and then Mars&spica, anyway had a good luck at the moon, Jupiter (3 moons observable) was going to stick around to watch Europa make it's way out from the brightness of the planets disk but was getting very chilly and my view of Jupiter started decreasing the longer I was there (bit of dew I suppose)
